Please note the following important information for your Cartagena Yacht Rental:

• The maximum passengers allowed on board is 10. 
• Enjoy your own music connecting to sound system via Bluetooth.
• Life jackets are provided. 
• If you have known allergies or medical requirements, kindly bring spare medication in case of emergencies.
• The pick-up time is flexible and will be arranged according to the time stated in the signed Yacht Charter Agreement.
• You are welcome to bring your own alcohol and food on board without any restrictions.
• Children are allowed on board and are counted as passengers.
• A 7% tax and 15-18% gratuity will be automatically added to your total.

• For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring BBQ equipment, hookah, shisha, or any other items that utilize open flames, gas, propane, coals, etc.

• Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the cancellation request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled start of the experience.
• In the event of unfavorable weather conditions on the day of your charter, we offer the flexibility to reschedule for another day without incurring any additional fees.
