Changes, cancellations and transfers
Colombia Luxury Group S.A.S. (RNT 300352) sells these tickets under the event’s policy:
- If you request a reversal more than 60 days before the event, we refund the full price you paid, minus bank charges and taxes.
- If you request it 45 days before the event, we refund 50% of the price you paid, minus bank charges and taxes.
- If you request it less than 40 days before the event, there are no refunds, except in a supported case of force majeure or fortuitous event, which goes to an approval committee.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply when you buy within the five (5) business days before the event.
- You can also transfer your ticket to another person once, up to 48 hours before the event, by writing to [email protected]; CLG approves each transfer.
- If force majeure or a fortuitous event cancels the party, CLG refunds what you paid minus bank charges and taxes or, if you prefer, gives you a voucher for the ticket value to use at the Baluarte San Francisco Javier restaurant within 12 months.
