• Please note the following important information for your Cartagena Island Tour:
• The maximum number of passengers allowed on board is 16, as per Coast Guard regulations.
• The yacht is equipped with a fridge, kitchen, and bathroom for your convenience.
• Enjoy your own music by connecting your cell phone to the yacht’s excellent sound system via Bluetooth.
• While we love animals, as a general rule, no pets are allowed on board to prevent seasickness. Please inquire about specific yachts that may accommodate pets.
• For your safety, all vessels provide life jackets, emergency, and first aid kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, kindly bring spare medication in case of emergencies.
• The pick-up time is flexible and will be arranged according to the time stated in the signed Charter Agreement.
• You are welcome to bring your own alcohol and food on board without any restrictions.
• Children are allowed on board and are counted as passengers.
• A 7% tax and 15-18% gratuity will be automatically added to your total.
• Payment is due 10 days before your charter date.

• Feel free to bring your own food and beverages onboard, although we do offer the best sushi and catering options available.

• If you plan to swim, it’s advisable to bring a towel for your convenience.

• Please refrain from bringing red wine or any other beverages that may cause staining.

• For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring BBQ equipment, hookah, shisha, or any other items that utilize open flames, gas, propane, coals, etc.

• We have a pets policy.

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers accordingly. Therefore, please take note of the following policies:

• Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the cancellation request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled start of the experience.
• In the event of unfavorable weather conditions on the day of your charter, we offer the flexibility to reschedule for another day without incurring any additional fees.
