You have three options — all add-ons, not included in the charter price. Uber is fastest from Old City or Bocagrande, typically 10–15 minutes and around $15,000 COP. Our private van (Mercedes Sprinter 2026) is $200,000–$300,000 COP per trajectory and coordinates pickup from your hotel or airport. Self-drive is also welcome — free parking onsite, and we send the marina address and map after booking confirmation.

Yes — bringing your own alcohol is encouraged. We provide bottled water, soft drinks, ice, coolers, and glassware onboard so you only need to bring your preferred wine, spirits, or beer. This keeps your charter more personal and lets you drink exactly what you like. For premium bar service with a mixologist, tequila tower, or sommelier, ask about our bar upgrade add-on.

Charters run rain or shine. Cartagena’s tropical climate means showers are brief and the sea typically stays calm. We only cancel when the Port Authority officially raises the red flag (bandera roja) — in that case you get a full refund or free reschedule to another date. We monitor weather daily and coordinate with you if conditions warrant early departure or routing adjustments.

Our standard full-day charter runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, departing from Club Náutico or Muelle Los Pegasos depending on your group. That’s 8 hours exploring Rosario Islands, Cholón, Barú, and the surrounding bays — fully customizable to your preferred route. Extensions past 5 PM are available on request as an add-on, which lets you enjoy the sunset on the water.

The Colombian Maritime Authority (DIMAR) requires every passenger to be registered on the vessel manifest before departure. This is a national safety regulation, not a CLG policy. We only request ID after your quote is accepted — never at the booking form stage. Your information is encrypted, used only for the manifest, and never shared with third parties.

• The maximum passengers allowed on board is 16. 
• Enjoy your own music connecting to sound system via Bluetooth.
• Life jackets are provided. 
• If you have known allergies or medical requirements, kindly bring spare medication in case of emergencies.
• The pick-up time is flexible and will be arranged according to the time stated in the signed Charter Agreement.
• You are welcome to bring your own alcohol and food on board without any restrictions.
• Children are allowed on board and are counted as passengers.
• A 7% tax and 15-18% gratuity will be automatically added to your total.

Once your booking is confirmed, deposits and payments become non-refundable. You can request to reschedule to another date in writing — approval depends on availability and may be subject to rate differences.

The only exceptions are documented force majeure events (like the Port Authority raising the red flag for weather) and verified emergencies. For peace of mind, we publish our full 16-section reservation and cancellation policy on request.
