• The house hosts a maximum of 16 registered guests.
• Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 12:00 m.
• First of all, every guest presents a valid ID or passport at check-in, and minors always come with their parents.

• Of course, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and all utilities come included.
• To confirm the booking, we ask for a 100% deposit; furthermore, prices do not include 19% VAT where it applies.
• Finally, keep valuables in the in-room safety boxes.

• First, pack light, breathable clothing and comfortable shoes for the old city’s cobblestone streets.
• Also, bring swimwear for the patio pool and rooftop jacuzzi, plus sunscreen and a hat.
• Finally, carry your ID or passport, because the house registers every guest at check-in.

• Ideally, avoid bulky luggage — historic-center streets and stairs make oversized bags impractical.

• Lastly, remember that guests outside the registered list cannot enter or stay overnight, so plan visits with the administration in advance.

Payments & Changes

A 100% deposit confirms your reservation. Afterwards, if you need a new date, simply request it in writing — approval depends on availability and seasonal rates.

For cancellations within the permitted window, we retain a 15% financial and administrative fee on the total guarantee. However, no-shows receive no refund. Additionally, our team shares the full reservation policy on request.
